With the new fiscal year, there will be an addition to our STATS sheet. A new column for "Computer 1-on-1" will be used to mark any time that we provide personal assistance to someone on a computer or device. This does not include questions during a computer class.
One tally for each customer you help. Number of questions answered can be marked under reference or directional.
Helped customer with Microsoft Word: 1 mark in "computer 1-on-1"
Showed him how to add a new page and change margins: 2 directional marks
