Greetings HPL Team,

We recently learned about changes made to the HPL Help Desk call tree to accommodate easy access to Office 365 support services mention below.  When you call the HPL Help Desk (3-1570), you are presented with only one option to select which is for the Office 365 support services.  

If you just stay on the line without making any selection, you will automatically be routed to the regular HPL Help Desk.  We are working with the HITS team to update the call tree to reflect both options.  Thank you for your patience and sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this has caused.  Let us know if you have any questions.
