Hello,

We know that you are getting questions from customers about why some buildings are still closed.   Here is some suggested language for you to use as you talk to customers.

Many of our locations have been closed while we assessed them to make sure that they are safe and ready to open.  We opened 18 locations on September 5^th after the locations were cleared and we had enough available staff to open.  We opened 3 additional locations this week and hope to open 3-5 more next week.  Other locations did receive some damage from the storm and resulting flood waters so they may take some time before they re-open.   We hope to expand hours to include a late night within the next two weeks.  Continue to check back with us or on our website for updates on open locations.
