Office Upgrade!

Greetings HPL Team,

Tonight HITS will be installing Office 2016 on all staff computers.  Please make sure that you leave your computer powered on with all Microsoft Office applications closed.  If possible avoid using MS Office and especially Outlook after 5:00 p.m. today.

Here is what you need to know about the upgrade.

1. This upgrade will replace the current Microsoft Office you are using
2. The program icons will be the same except they will say 2016 (i.e. Outlook 2016, Word 2016)
3. You may have to reboot your computer after the upgrade
4. You may be prompted to set up a OneDrive account.  This is optional cloud storage that can be used with Office 2016.  You will use your email address and password to set it up.
