FY16 Customer Survey

I wanted to be sure that you are aware that later today we expect to do a soft launch of the FY16 Customer Survey.  This survey is being conducted in partnership with Rice and is a continuation of their study into how people are using our libraries; because of that, its’ focus is on usage at our neighborhood libraries.

The survey will initially be sent out to the emails of adult cardholders in Sirsi, and be made available on our web site and our app.  It will then be distributed to Citizens’ Net recipients.  Marjorie will post the information on our social media accounts.  Finally, bi-lingual print copies will be available at all our locations.  

There is a cover sheet going out with the surveys asking that the staff:

1. Make the surveys available at the front desk or some other high-visibility spot.
2. Return completed surveys to me – Mary Hammond@ Central Library Concourse Level Suite C177.
