Per Fred Schumacher, effective immediately, documents used as proof of current address must be dated
within the past 30 days. This is not available in writing in the current policy and procedure located on the intranet, but is never-the-less to be followed. I have requested that the change the made in writing and/or emailed to all staff to avoid future customer conflicts.
