Did you know that tutor.com offers not only homework help, but GED practice tests AND resume templates and other resources for job seekers?! The nice thing about the GED practice tests is that a person can work through it on their own time, but can also get help from a tutor if they have questions about something on the test! This information was courtesy of a very nice lady at the Tutor.com booth at ALA Midwinter.
How do you access tutor.com?
The easiest way is to click on services at the top of the HPL website, then Ask a Tutor/Tutor.com (2nd link down on the left). On the page this takes you to, click on the Live Homework Help link. This takes you to Tutor.com, and a user can look at either the Test Prep Resources (for GED) or Career Resources (for career type help.)

Thanks for sharing the information. This service will be a useful resource for job seekers and it will help to fill gaps in our collection that have formed since it "floated."
